September 25-26 Creating a sub folder in eBackpack (Room 404)

Learn how to create a detailed sub folder so that it was like you weren't even gone!  I will show you how to create a sub folder that's easily accessible by your students, then show you how to add audio, an actual video of you explaining directions, a note or a link to a website. 

October 2-3 Google classroom (Room 404)

Using Google Docs in your classroom? Google Classroom is designed to help teachers create and collect assignments paperlessly, including time-saving features like the ability to automatically make a copy of a Google Document for each student. It also creates Drive folders for each assignment and for each student to help keep everyone organized.

October 16-17 Creating a professional website using weebly (Pub Center)

It's easy (and free) to create and maintain your own website when you use Weebly!  Now is the time to start that webpage for yoru classroom.  Come join me as we venture into creating an online portal to your classroom.

November 13-14 So You want to start a blog?  (Pub Center)

Blogging....who really has time for it anyway?  You do!  A few of our Aurora Huskies teachers have started blogging recently.  You should too!  We will get you started....you just have to come learn how.

November 20-21 imovie in the classroom (Room 404)

One of the best apps you have on your iPad.  Come learn not only how to use this powerful application in your classroom, but we will be sharing some ideas on how to apply it in your classroom.

December 4-5 being a camera totin' teacher (Room 404)

You now have a class website.  You started your blog.  Now learn how to take some of those photos you are taking in your classroom and get them onto your website and blog.  We will ALSO be discussing ways to manage your photos on all of your devices.  I would highly encourage you to create a Flickr account before you come to this session.  

december 11-12 Edpuzzle in the classroom (Pub Center)

december 18-13 Using itunes U in your classroom (Room 404)

iTunes U courses let teachers give each class a customized learning experience. Teachers can create and manage their course and students can experience it all from the iTunes U app on iPad.  Be sure to download the iTunes U
